Rich Lives On Through Phil

Back in 1988, a little-known man named Rich Mullins released a song that was destined to became iconic with youth groups and churches around the globe. The song was titled Awesome God, throughout my teen and young adult years, I heard it everywhere. (I even learned to play it on guitar.) In 2025, a popular Christian artist named Phil Wickham went on a journey to bring this iconic song back to the radio. With some new verses and a whole lot of energy, he did it. Check out this new hit that keeps Awesome God alive in this new generation.
