A young child is often sited in the bible as a good example for a person of faith. They love and adore their parents and will bow at their feet in submission if asked. (well maybe not all children) This idea paints a picture for what our heart should be like, regarding our faith and love toward God. Just as people get regular cancer check-ups, we should be monitoring our "heart attitude" toward our loving, heavenly Father!

Casting Crowns sings, "All You've Ever Wanted."

Verses for Consideration:

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.

Every way of a man is right in his own eyes, but the Lord weighs the heart.

And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.
