Rend Collective started as a small group ministry in the early 2000's. They began writing their own music, and now are very grateful to be known world wide. They have many interesting teaching videos on their YouTube page. This video speaks about what people think is authentic worship of God. It comes down to this question: Just how big is our God? Can God work through someone with a single instrument singing to a small group? How about through a popular band with huge sound equipment and glitzy lights performing for thousands? We need to be careful not to compartmentalize the God who created the whole universe! Our prayer should be that we, with our preferences and spiritual ideas would not stand in the way of God's far more important work. Instead ask Him to use you in anyway that He sees fit, and be ready to leave your comfort zone!

Verses for Consideration:

God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”

Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge his name.

For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.”
