Have you ever thought about how busy and distracted we are? Except for family and close friends, we rarely seem to have time to help those in need. In this respect, natural disasters can be a good thing. They tend to bring us pause from everything that kept us so busy and unavailable. When people are hurting and property is in upended, we tend to make time to step up and make a difference. This devotion comes at a time where two parts of our country are devastated and rebuilding from hurricanes. This author is in the middle of the rebuilding efforts in Florida and has some great insight to share with us.
Verses for Consideration:
